I am an art historian, archaeologist, and designer. My research revolves around cross-cultural exchange and how people experienced material culture along the Silk Roads.

I earned my PhD from the Department of the History of Art at Cornell University in 2020; my MA with distinction from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University in 2013; and my BA in Art History and BFA in Fine Arts summa cum laude from the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning, University of Cincinnati in 2011.
